Exploring Meditation at the Eastham Senior Center & COA

If you've been curious about meditation practice or have attempted to start a practice, but can't seem to keep it going, this class is for you! Each session will begin with a 15-20min discussion about meditation + Q&A. Then we go into meditating. We will explore at least 2 methods of meditation each evening. My intention is to give you the space to get support in nurturing your personal meditation practice. Bring a yoga mat or favorite cushion to sit on if you want/have them. The Center has some mats & cushions available & there will be chairs available as well.
