Lunch & Learn, Meditation with Mercedez

This session is for those who are curious about Mediation and interested in exploring what it is by experiencing a few methods of meditating. No need to bring anything with you other than your curiosity and appetite!

*PLEASE NOTE, Orleans residents get priority registration. If you're from another town you can be put on a wait list in case someone cancels. If you really want to learn more about meditation or begin a practice with a group, let me know. I have started a list and am waiting to hear about some space options to start an on-going evening meditation class.
